January -Welcome to a Year of Transitions and New Beginnings

 There has been a great deal of anticipation about the ending of 2016 and the beginning of 2017.   All I can say is it is really just a flip of a calendar page so to speak.  The really change needs to come from you and what you are willing to do differently and/or let go of.  The changing of the year itself isn’t what is going to bring about change it is what you are will to do in your life, with your thoughts, and with your actions.  I look forward to seeing how all the work I have done as 2016 was winding down will play out in 2017!
